Band Leader
Founded in 2016, Noé Tavelli & The Argonauts has become Noé’s primary musical project. Their debut album, released in 2019 under the German label Double Moon, was hailed as a revelation by Jazz Mag and praised by Swiss music journalist Fredi Hallauer as "surely some of the best in jazz at the moment." Their second album, Inner Streams (Fresh Sound New Talent, 2022), further solidified their acclaim with enthusiastic reviews from critics.
In 2023, Noé Tavelli introduced his latest bold venture, the Noé Tavelli Double Drums Quartet. This ensemble, featuring an unconventional instrumentation, brings together some of his musical mentors, including drummer extraordinaire Eric McPherson. Their highly anticipated debut album is set for release in early 2026.
